You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you which appears on this website, nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

Section 3: Pricing, delivery and refunds

Product prices and delivery costs are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service without notice. Prices quoted exclude delivery costs, these will be calculated and automatically added at checkout once you have selected your chosen delivery method.

We accept payment made through credit or debit cards as well as BACS transfer.

Online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer, and we are not responsible if your card issue declines to authorise payment for any reason. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our shop. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We are unable to offer refunds on any custom or personalised orders.

Due to the customised nature of the products, we offer once your order has been processed, we are not able to change or cancel your order.

Frenchie Arts shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever arising caused by the non-delivery of products. We take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or have been requested to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place and we do not refund or replace tracked items that show as being delivered.

Claims for goods delivered damaged must be made in writing or by email and received by Frenchie Arts within 7 days of delivery of the goods. Although every effort will be made by us to rectify damaged goods, we do not accept any responsibility whatsoever.

Risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer when the goods are delivered to the buyers address or such other address notified by the buyer in writing. 


Section 4: Product Information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the shop. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. There will be slight differences in products from what you see in images on our website. We do not do mass production therefore each product cannot be 100% the same every time, colours and patterns will vary.

Due to the nature of the materials used and the length of time it can take the product to fully cure, unavoidable imperfections such as air bubbles may occur, although we make every effort to minimise these. 

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties.
